Environmental Quality:
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reports that annual energy savings translate directly to reductions in the emissions of certain gases into the atmosphere.  The Energy Conservation Measures implemented in this building have saved 20,921 MMBtu/yr. These measures will reduce 6,094 tons of Carbon Dioxide (CO2), 48,560 lbs of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and 23,299 lbs of Nitrogen Oxides (NOX) annually.   This is equivalent to carbon sequestration of 1,663 acres of forest land or taking 1,219 cars off the road.
